the staff was cordial, the hotel was overall clean and placed in a southern part of the city right by the harbor as well as the river. the room i booked was cleaned and available with a king size bed, a fantastic view, a balcony.

It had uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

My stay was really amazing, I loved that it was spotless throughout, with particularly nice views and peaceful lovation just next door to which is a very unique dessert bar that serves ROLLED ice cream and the river and bars.

Check in was quick, I loved unbelievable location and themed rooms. The staff was willing to help and my stay was superb! Awesome view, a comfortable balcony, newly renovated bed, too. Delightful breakfast with eggs, cookies, fruit, cheese and cereal was provided. Clean and convenient hotel in Downtown Savannah district.
