the staff was cordial, the hotel was overall clean and placed in a southern part of the city right by the harbor as well as the river. the room i booked was cleaned and available with a king size bed, a fantastic view, a balcony.

It had uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

It was very relaxing time in Savannah. Spectacular location, well airconditioned room, and immensely pleasant staff. I slept so comfy in the super bed.

My stay was really amazing, I loved that it was spotless throughout, with particularly nice views and peaceful lovation just next door to which is a very unique dessert bar that serves ROLLED ice cream and the river and bars.

Check in was quick, I loved unbelievable location and themed rooms. The staff was willing to help and my stay was superb! Awesome view, a comfortable balcony, newly renovated bed, too. Delightful breakfast with eggs, cookies, fruit, cheese and cereal was provided. Clean and convenient hotel in Downtown Savannah district.

Very nice stay in the upscale area. Staff and location were first class, but most important - the hotel was fairly clean. I got free upgrade and loved it. And it was quiet, the bathroom - spacious...
